Pc Configurator Website Needed

I need a website where customers can customize a computer, then purchase it (like all major computer manufacturers have on their sites). I want an admin area where I can update prices and parts, view orders, and other options.

The site I want it to be most similar to is www.digitalstormonline.com.

I am a graphics designer, so I can take care of designing the site, I just need someone to make it work the way I want to. I have a long timeframe on this project, I am not looking for it to be done quickly, unless you already have a premade script.

My budget for this project is $100 or less because I can purchase a script that is similar to what I want for that price.
