I need a torrent submitting software created. I will also need to brand the software with a domain name.

1) The user will input torrent details + torrent file to upload

2) User will check the torrent sites to upload to, using checkboxes

3) Software will input information provided by the user and submit to the torrent websites

4) User will fill in captchas for torrent site + after captcha is filled, software will go on to the next torrent site

I have a list of torrent websites (40) for the software
