Vb.net Url Harvestor

hi,

I have created a url harvestor in vb.net but sometimes it doesnt diggs urls from search engines. I want someone to rectify it. it has no coding error but some logical error to digg urls.

Only Experts shud bid who can rectify that error within 2 or 1 days. i will give source file(just a .vb file..)

Please dont ask morethan the specified amount. will write a good review if i get project done nicely within budget.
