Flash Quiz Website
I need someone to create a flash quiz website for me. This is how the website will function.
1. A visitor comes to the website and will see a message and then a start button to start the quiz.
2. The visitor starts the quiz and is presented with a multiple choice question with 5 different answers.
3. The visitor answers the question and then is able to click “next” to go to the next question.
4. The visitor continues this for 20 questions.
5. After the 20th question a message appears and the visitor is able to enter their email address to have their results emailed to them.
6. After they enter their email and press send, another message appears and they are able to forward the website to a friend(s) to have them take the quiz.
Every time you come to the website you should get a random set of 20 questions out of all the questions on the website. If there is a total of 80 questions, every time you come to the website you would get a random set of 20 for your quiz.
The website should also have a “Submit a question” link that would allow a visitor to submit a new question but it must be approved by the admin. Also, the website should have a “Forward to a friend” link where they can forward it to a friend.
In the admin section I should be able to
• Add new questions with the 5 answer options and source for the answer
• Email all members who have taken the quiz
• Approve or delete questions submitted by visitors
• Ban an IP address from accessing the website
