Finish 2 Flash Banners
Hello,
We are looking for a Flash Developer to finish a Flash project (2 Flash Banners). A good foundation already there, however we are looking for someone who can better match some graphics and can work with the text on the slides. The attached Word document not only describes the changes we want, but I went to quite a bit of effort to describe to you what I like and what we don’t like. We are looking for a developer who can “see” our vision and give us what we want quickly and easily.

We are looking for a Flash Developer who understands what we are trying to accomplish and complete the project quickly and easily. If you can truly see our vision, then this project should be VERY quick and easy.
For Example: On several slides we want a new graphic. If you send us a few .jpgs of pictures you think will work for each replacement, we can pick and choose the ones we like before you ever touch the flash. This not only gives you a very quick idea of what we like and what we don’t, but it GREATLY reduces the back and forth. Give us a selection of proofs first and the back and forth should be kept to a minimum!!!

* We have found that at times a quick phone call is the best way to communicate “ideas” and will greatly reduce the back and forth.
General Requirements
1. We request that all our developers keep every iteration of the source code. We want all version.
2. We request all graphics work in original form (before being incorporated in the Flash).
3. We request that fonts be included in original delivery.
* We want to be able to edit the Flash in the months or years to come.
