Forex Ea With A Twist Needed N

Other posting closed by accident ( ran out of days and you cannot re-open), so we are re-posting..
We are looking for a white label solution whereas we have a group of EA’s and Manual Traders working on our end on multiple MetaTrader4 Platforms using multiple brokers, and multiple PC’s….
The goal would be to tie all this into a “send file” where we can broadcast the signals to a group of traders on the other end. They would need a “receive file”. The “receiver” would just see the trades opening and closing, and nothing else. The less set up on the “receiver’s” side the better.
The “receiver file” would have to automatically adapt and scale to fit the receivers account size.
We would like to run this on our own server.
The “Send File” and “Receive File” can be set up like an EA whereas it can be dropped on ANY chart and will receive ANY trade coming from the multiple send files.
Receiver files would all need to have security, either by using MAC Address, IP, or username and password. Each Receiver EA, would only be allowed to run in ONE place at a time…meaning ONE Concurrent Connection.
This would need to work on the Metatrader (MT4) Platform.
