Multi-page Ajax Form
Need some one to design me a clean, smooth and functional multi page Form.
1st page when submitted will send an email (save data in a MySQL) and lead to a 2nd Page
2nd Page when submitted will send another email (again save data in a MySQL) and link to a 3rd Page
In 3rd Page the client will be able to choose a payment method like 2Co, Paypal etc.
Once this selection is made then on submission the page will lead to the payment processor.
Pls point me to some other Ajax forms that you have developed and I will be happy to forward more details to the shortlisted programmers.
