Old customer database import to OScommerce with passwords by mp3plc

I need a very fast programmer that can import all my customer data with passwords and orders to my new Oscommerce site. The passwords are encrypted and all the data is in my old Xanario software. I check the database and all the info is there, exportable in a CSV or other formats… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Excel, PHP, Shopping Carts, SQL)
