Page Refresher with Proxy / IP Change by michaeljyw

I need a multi-page web browser that can automatically refresh the page with a set amount of seconds. Must be able to connect through a new working proxy with each refresh. No .txt proxy lists. Must be able to scan for a working proxy automatically… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C/C++, Visual Basic)
