Simple Ajax Scolling Text
Hi,
i want a simple ajax scrolling text announcement for my site(http://hi2pal.com/design/newchat/arun/). Your script should do the following simple task.
1. check for any new user registered(need to check timestamp in phpbb_users table) and shows in the announcement area of the chat room
2. Check for any new topics posted in phpbb3 forum (phpbb_topics table) and shows in the announcement area of the chat room.
This alerts should go like a vertical scrolling text in the annouuncment area. also when the user points to a scrolling content it should stop for a while until the user moves the cursor away.
This announcement should change in realtime(a javascript settimeout function can be used). I need this done in 4 hrs
