We need an application that can run on Windows Mobile operating sytems. The Windows smartphone will be connected via a WI-FI connection to the internet. Skype will run on the smartphone that will be doing the dialing based on the program you create for us… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Excel, Visual Basic, Windows)
