Hello I’m looking to change the centrepiece of my website to something more professional/eye catching. I only need basic flash development i.e. captions that appear when hovering over an image and maybe a few images (canvases) moving on the screen… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Flash, Graphic Design)
