Convert FORTRAN to VB.net by schmidtjts

I have a FORTRAN program that was scanned in from a paper copy. I have done my best to type it into text. I also have the PDF scans if I made any mistakes. I need the FORTRAN program converted… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, Engineering, Visual Basic)
