Custom Medical Software
Hello,
I am looking for a skillful coder to develop software for me to run my medical teleservices. This is a walk thru of my desired system:
1. A client comes to the home page and registers/login
2. They then are prompted to enter billing info thru my payment gateway
3. The client can then enter pertinent medical data and history information for example:DOB, Gender, address, phone #, past medical history, family history, allergies, current medications, pharmacy info,etc.
4. This info needs to be safe/secure in our database of clients. The info must be HIPPA compliant.
5. I would also like to be able to send mass emails to my clients at will as well as autoresponder messages such as “health tip of the day”. I can use aweber or getresponse for this though.
6. The software should allow me or my staff to update the clients health record after each encounter. It should also allow the client to access their own health records thru a secured login. They could also print this data to use as they please.
7. The health record should also be printable with one click by admin as well.
8. I will like the database built to handle a client base of up to 25K clients.
