Easy Joomla Site Update

You designed this website for me last year http://medrepblaster.com.
I need the same template and graphics with some basic module repositions, and changes to the header text. This would be a very basic and quick project for you. I was very satisfied with your work last time. I will provide the blank template again.
These are some basic changes I need:
-Header graphics detailed more (eliminate white space around pictures of business man and woman).
-Title and tagline changed (will be using different domain name). -Sidebar changed to right side.
-Integration of my Aweber autoresponder in the top of right sidebar.
-”Job Hunter Sign Up” module changed to “Candidates”
-”Recruiter Sign Up” module changed to “Clients”
These are all basic updates and changes which should be very simple. Would you be interested in helping me with this project?
