First off, this application can be written in whatever language is the simplest to write and to execute. I would like an application that searches though all of eBay s categories, finds all auctions for .01, does not have any bids, and free shipping, to include all countries… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C/C++, Perl, Python, Ruby/Ruby on Rails)
