Ec Cube – Navision – Epi

I have a client using EPI Server for their CMS.
Navision for order processing to suppliers
and now they want an Ecommerce solution and are heading towards EC Cube.
I am only needing a good proposals at this stage. If successful the candidate will be closely involved in development.
The Ec Cube order should produce a flat CSV file that Navision can read easily once a day or twice a day.
Lastly the CMS used in EPi is very limiting, for example they complain they can not chnage the font so if you know a better CMS where we can chnage fonts, sizes of boxes and one that is VERY flexible for general users to edit then please also recommend.
We dont want to go as far as Micrsoft Commerce Server or similar and prefer going somewhat opens source.
I am paying only for your proposal and not the actaul integration of this for this project.
The way I see it is that the CMS and Ecommmerce do not need to be integrated one and the same because the CMS site can just jump to the Ecommerce section seemlessly for the user.
