Feedback Script
Good Guy Guestbook Feedback script.
This project involves collecting feedback, comments and testimonials from site visitors. They will display on page or can use a widget to place on other sites.
This is like a version of guest book but with more powerful features.
We like the functions of http://www.kampyle.com as example. Kampyle is nice to collect feedback and analytics, but it only collects and analyzes… and does not publish.

Installed software should look very high tech like kampyle. Sleek and modern. It’s close to the blue shaded colors we like.
It should be a separate script that we can install on other sites besides our help desk.
We want an installation wizard and a licensing feature.
Here are features/functions to include:
> When a visitor wants to send us feedback, comments and testimonials
1. Sign the guest book (leave comment) where they can leave a text message and optionally, upload their picture.
If no picture uploaded, no picture will display. Choice of avatars will be available.
There needs to be fields for people who leave a testimonial to enter their name, email, address, city, state, country; full telephone number and web URL. First name, email will be required fields. But put a tick box next to other fields so person can choose what to display.
Please include one thank you autoresponder field where admin can enter text that will automatically send to person who signs guestbook if that function enabled by admin.
Also include option to notify admin (at certain email address to be entered) when visitor leaves testimonial, comment or feedback.

Include captcha to help keep spam bots from using form.

Admin should be able to write their own text for these instruction fields.

The footer of the popup needs to display our default link.
> Admin needs to have a way to add their affiliate ID to that link, if they have got one from us.
A privacy/permission to publish link should also display with tick box (checked by default).

The testimonials will not display on site until admin approves.
Admin needs to be able to re-order testimonials/feedback in listing. Or delete them.
Admin must be able to enter testimonials, set/change date of testimonial (so admin can add existing testimonials to software).
Admin needs an autoresonder feature that sends a thank you message to person posting testimonial. Create field with subject line and body message so admin can word thank you message. Create tags like {{firstname}} {{message}} so email can be personalized. Plain text, not html.
Admin need a way to be notified of a entry for guesbook, testimonial or feedback.
Put text box option next to new testimonials that admin adds, so a thank you message does not send. Default will be to auto send thank you message unless admin unticks box, then it will not send.
Important: Admin will be able to copy individual testimonials including text and picture and paste into a completely different web page as needed.
- – - Public view of testimonials
The public view of admin approved testimonials should display in a nice listing with a clean modern look on a page. The FREE guestbook is way too plain. Our Good Guy Script needs to be graphically pleasing. Blue and gray tones.
Admin should be able to copy code to paste on their website. There should be [next] and [back] buttons that auto generate if listing becomes long.
