Iframe Formatting

I need to create an iPhone simulator for a web page. It needs to show specific url’s in the iframe to look like they would in an iPhone.

I’m thinking of using a phone image in the background and an iframe on top of that. But, I don’t like the big scroll bars. Any ideas?
