Joomla 1.0 To 1.5 & Css

I have a Joomla 1.0.15 website that I need upgrading to 1.5. The site has several components such as Virtuemart 1.1.3, SH404 and mosSnippet.

Upgrade:
I would like Joomla upgrading to 1.5 & Virtuemart installed in a new directory on my server. I will supply ftp details, migration script & database details/copy.

Template:
The template will need upgarding to Joomla 1.5. It is currently a table based layout and the coding is scrappy at best. I would like the template re-done from scratch for Joomla 1.5 in CSS. I will supply all image files etc.

Background in Joomla and CSS required. Must be fully functioning in the way that it does now!
