Joomla template customization by study68

I am looking for a Joomla freelancer to do some customization on joomla template. Such as adding paypal checkout, make minor changes to user login / registration details, addition of 1 flash clip on the front page, changes in wordings and changes in the some pictures, background colors etc…. (Budget: $750-1500, Jobs: Joomla)
