Opencv Face Recognition In C++
I am looking for someone to create a face recognition system in C++ or .NET and OpenCV to detect and recognize faces.
I want this to use a live video stream, detect and capture faces and store in a database. Then in recognition mode, the software should be able to recognise the faces in the live video.
I would prefer if this was developed to run on Windows XP rather than Unix but if you can only do it in Unix I would still like to hear from you.
