Rss Feed Coding Needed

Please, explore a little bit before you bid! I need some extra work summarized in the following 2 major tasks bellow,
1. Adding a few more RSS Feed sources
The script offers just one RSS Feed source(Trulia.com) and I’d like to be added several more(see attachment) in order to get more search results.
The search results must be separated into a categories based on the location, type, size, price and preferences of the property. How…see next task.
2. Adding an extra categories and sidebar menu
In order to get an idea of what I mean you might wanna take a look at the following website(http://www.globrix.com/).
Type any city in the search bar and see the results left menu. The sidebar functions, left menu options and all similarity of side-menu that offers relating to Real Estate search niche searching.
Of course, we talk about US results, not UK ones.
Hopefully this makes sense! I would prefer people with strong programming experience, hence, provide prior work experience details(recent portfolio) when bidding.
