simple audio editing by RedDelicious

I have an audio of approx 45 minutes of a telephone interview. It has a crackle on the line all the way through. All that I need done is for the crackle to be removed, that’s it. I am attaching a 50 second sample of tha audio, so that you can hear what you are working with… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Audio Services)
