Simple download script for specific web-site by WebCons

I need a script, which will download data from site: http://www.onecle.com/ and will structure it in a table (MySQL preferred). You will need to fetch all links in main section: Business Contracts… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, Python, SQL)
