Hello,
I need at least 50 Leads to ‘residential’ properties in London(UK) where the owners are desperate (eg facing repossession, emigrating, divorce etc)to sell their property and are willing to take a price upto 75% to the market value.
To ensure you have the right leads for me you will need to qualify them, that way you can filter out the non desperate seller. To Qualify them, you should have the below information for me on each lead:
