We need a clone of Homeaway.com almost all the features are required., We want web2.0 look and feel of the site, and also for functionality. This will be a pay to list site, possibly with different listing levels and free trial period (coupons etc).

Owners need to be able to post properties for rental including a description of the property, select the property category, and upload pictures for viewing

Note- release will only be done when site is finished, tested & bug fixed and working on my server and not before.
