Wordpress-mu Server Transfer

I am looking for a person who is having knowledge of wordpess-mu( be sure its not a wordpress, its wordpress multiple).

I have a blog site running wordpress-mu on a server. I want this site transfer to the another server. I dont want to loose any data. I want it fully functional to the new server.
