ZenCart customization help by pbpshop

I have a website, I am a graphic designer myself but know few about html and websites. I need someone who help me configure all the zencart such as the CSS, and adding a little form with some info from the buyer… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CSS, Java, Script Installation, Shopping Carts)
