Iphone Text-voice-video

I need a program created that has text chat, voice (voip), and video features. I must be able to install this on a my web site. I need to be able to generate the HTML code that can be placed on other sites so they can have their own chat account which runs from my server. Both the visitor side and the operator sides must be accessible both from any web browser AND through the Apple iPhone that have internet access. No download or install should be required by chat visitors. Attached are screen shots showing the features and layout design.

VERY IMPORTANT…. I will chat live online from my laptop or desktop computer with a customer, then I need the ability to “switch/transfer” the video and voice session to my mobile iPhone where I would then walk outside and film using the webcam. When I make the transfer, a video recording must begin. When I transfer back to my desktop, this is when the video stops being recorded. I would then have a link that I could send the customer and they could watch the video and voice session through the browser.
