We need to implement a content management system capable of managing questions of users. There are a lots of features that cant described through this site.
We have created a big package of detailed instructions on designer and developer level, use case diagrams and many more which are ready for the development team which will handle the project.
The instructions cannot be shared here in public as they are highly confidentional.
We need a team of developers (if you are a single developer please dont post an offer) which they can prove to us their skills and professionalism.
