Want programer to get price from EBAY API by skytexts

I am a book seller on EBAY. I want a programer to write script with EBAY API by ISBN to find other seller’s price for the 3 lowest price including shipping. Then auto reprice my book by minus 0.01$ but… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, Perl, PHP)
