Application data file decode to usable text by bumrush

We use a Windows software application to look up part numbers. We are looking to extract the data from this application for use in a custom database. We have searched the applications data files and there is text based content, however it s not in a usable format… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, C/C++, Delphi, Software Architecture, Windows)
