Fix VB application/Find missing number by Tandem7

Hi all, I have a very small application in VB. It is used to find missing numbers in csv file. There is some error. If you want to fix it you must open it successfully first. Please let me know if you can open it and we can go next steps… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, Visual Basic)
