We are looking to have our header redesigned. If the work is good, we may also hire you for the full redesign of the landing page. Right now, we are somewhat “satisfied” with the landing page, but the header needs to be redone

Give opinion and recommend potential adjustments for landing page:
-artwork/image selection
-organization of content
-default resolution/page size
-text size
Main details:
We would like the header redesigned for our landing page. It must be simple, elegant, and aesthetically pleasing. No flashy function necessary here, just basic appeal to the user’s eye.
See the four attached images for the header (as you can see, fuzzy and uncomfortable color) as well as the content that our landing page displays.
It is up to you whether to reconfigure the “horizon” design or use your own creative process. The only strict requirement is that it includes the name of our website, which you will find in the image.
After selecting you as our programmer, we would like you work and deliver 1-4 basic, rough designs from you (small amount of time spent by you, previously used designs are okay), from which we will choose our preference for you to work further to finalize. Using prior work with the necessary adjustments is okay for this project.
Side details:
We need basic recommendations to source and choose our landing page artwork, resolution, and text size. It shouldn’t be a very long chat, but wanted to include it in the details as well.
I am a fair buyer. On my last project, the designer did great work, and I paid him 175% of the original bid, and intend to work with him again. For the right designer, this will be a rewarding relationship for the both of us.
