Java Tool With Tutorial Needed

We need a tool (calculator) like this one (but better looking and advance features):

Please check attachments carefully. We described the project very detailed and I need a programmer will 100% fulfill the project requirements and complete it before deadline.
WE WILL BUILD ANOTHER ONE IN NEAR FUTURE FOLLOWING SAME GUIDELENESS. SO WINNER WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL JOB IF HE SATISFIES OUR NEEDS
We provide all images and texts, also data (algorithm) for the project. We also show you a working example as a reference (see link above). We want it to be dynamic, so we can include some java applications just to make the content not be static. If you recommend any other way to achieve it (ajax, flash etc.), we’ll consider it. It will not be so hard for an experienced programmer.

Terms & Requirements:
1) High PHP; Javascript, Ajax and/or Flash knowledge
2) Mathematic knowledge is also preferable
3) Programmer must complete similiar calculators/tools before
4) Escrow only. We will put 1/3 in escrow to start and the rest after programmer shows progress.
