Joomla Tooltip project + Thickbox by fjhughes

I need tooltips like the one found on RocketTheme: http://www.rockettheme.com/extensions-joomla I need the content inside the tooltip to come from an article and the tooltip to follow the mouse like theirs does… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: AJAX, Javascript, Joomla, PHP)
