Need Website Template(s) Fast

Hi,

I need a website template design done ASAP (1-2 days)
I have a design in mind and will provide the logo file and mock-up, just follow it and provide a pixel perfect website template.

- The same colors from the logo will be the primary colors for the templates.
- The design should be optimized for 1024×768 screen resolutions.
- I want a centered, fixed width, 3-column page layout. (see mock-up)
- I need a template for the Main page, as well as about 4-6 sub pages.
- At minimum, I need the PSD or PNG, AI files, if you can do the CSS/XHTML files too that’s a bonus and will be rewarded as such.

I expect a design with great attention to detail, from the colors and gradients to the fonts and font sizes, as well as borders, buttons and white-space.
