open Forex platform to MS Excel 2003 by i2trader

I would like an interface or dll which allows Excel to send order to Open Forex Platform. Or Open Forex Platform to query Excel to find the hot cells which contains the information on the trade. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C/C++, Excel, Statistical Analysis)
