Program For Create Account

I curently create a website with fake user account. But that take to much time. So I want a program that will create user on my website. The website is build with abledatingscript.

On the program you will have to:

-Need to uplaod information(name,birdday,description,etc..)
-Uplaod profile photo, aand album gallery
-uplaod user video.
-Be able to laod user picture gallry from a folder and add description to picture from picture property

This projet can be done in one day by a advenced programmer, in 5 day by a intermediate programmmer and cant be done by a beginer.
