I need a designer to create a website design. The technologies used are xhtml, css and javascript. The design must not contain tags type <table>. The xhtml and css code used for the design must be valid according to the WC3 Markup Validation Service and the W3C CSS validation service. The design specifications will be communicated to the designer for once elected. I value the speed and the creativity in others similars projects.
