Need a CMS Developed for my company website.

The site is 2 pages, one page designed for the site itself and the other design for the blog (you can click the Blog link to view the difference in layout, the blog will be wordpress). I’ll need to be able to manage the flash slide show at the top. I will need to be able to add an image, the link for that image and description. All of this is included in the xml file. The other sections are a simple CMS for adding text and images and the last section (Contact and Request Quote) contain email forms as well.
The portfolio section is different. You’ll notiice I have it divided into 3 sections, Web, Print, and Identity/logos. I want these to be 3 light box galleries. You should be able to navigate through the gallery useing the numbers that displaying however many pages there are (4 images on each section). I should be able to add a title for each image and a brief description. For the description, I should be able to add a hyperlink especiall for the web section.
