I would like to develop a Real Estate web-site that has the following functionality:

Professional Look and Feel
Probably Wordpress platform
Very SEO friendly
Complete IDX integration, with the ability for users to search based on a variety of features, including foreclosure and short sale properties.
Ability to have forms that I can insert at any given time to request user signup/registration.
Offers of Free Reports
Auto responses to registrants, sometimes with free reports.
Ability for buyers to get emails when new properties come on the market.
Ability for me to track where users come from.
Ability to track whether users are opening emails, returning to my site, searchinng. If they search I want to know what they’re searching for.
Ability to give users instant valuations of their homes. This will require either: 1) purchase & integration of tax data, or
2) (preferable) the downloading of data on sold properties for the past 6 – 12 months. Please bid this piece seperately as I may need to forgo this if it is too costly.
