Website Clone Needed
Hi,
I currently have a website, but recently I discovered a competing website has come to play with more features. I need to develop a website very similar to this competing website. We have the same target audience. I am looking at driving some of my current traffic to this new website which will feature additional features not limited to:
-User registration and account verification. (CAPTCHA)
-Video uploading
-PayPer view after 10 seconds of viewing video (for premium videos)
-Must support CCbill and/or other credit card payment processor
-The ability to purchase viewing credits.
-Profile pages similar to youtube page with comment and rating features.

To repeat: You must have proven success and feedback. I am looking at serious bidders and serious work. I am willing to pay extra for above average jobs. Money is not an issue, although unrealistic bids are.
