Website Fine Tuning and Lots More Work! by lacny

I have a current vendor who is not following my instructions and getting work done in a timely manner on this Website. I need certain changes to be done so that there is consistency of layout on each page which I have detailed mocked up but he is taking too much time to get it done… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: AJAX, ASP, CSS, Graphic Design, Website Design)
