better google maps integration by aimerapprendre

we have integrated a google map in our site www.noolya.com, but we are not google maps experts – i would like, BASED UPON THE EXISTING CODE : 1- replace the + and – with bigger icons, i don’t know… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Google Earth, HTML, Javascript, PHP, Software Architecture)
