Encrypt PDF’s using PHP by wjorge

I need php functions/classes to encrypt pdf’s. Any pdf’s should be encrypt when the user upload the files by one form. I need it to be donne only with php code without extra programs because i am using shared host without SSH… (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: PDF, PHP, Web Hosting)
