Google php harvester to check websites ranking by Arteria

Hi, I have a website which is connecting to Google to check websites and it’s keywords rankings. Harvester stooped working I need a new one. You will recive websites and keywords from mysql database (it’s working), but harvesting script is not working – I need a new one… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
