I have built a website using Joomla! It shows perfectly in Google-Chrome, fine (but not perfect) in Mozilla-Firefox, and rubbish in IE9 (64 bit) (those are the browsers I’ve checked, though I believe it has issues with other browsers as well)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, Joomla, PHP, Website Testing)
