Configuring incoming / outgoing email in SharePoint 2010 with Exchange 2007 by toppenafdanmark

I need some one to assist me in configurering indcoming and outgoing email in a running Sharepoint 2010 Foundation. I have W2008R2 with Sharepoint Foundation and SBS2008 with Exchange 2007 (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint)
